Refund and Cancellation

At blu N green, operated by JRN Enterprises, we are committed to providing you with eco-
friendly products that you can trust.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at
the time of delivery.
• To be eligible for a refund:
o The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
o A refund request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
o Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is mandatory.
o Clear photographs/videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be
submitted along with your request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or sales are non-refundable
unless they are damaged or defective.
• Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for refunds.
• No refunds are provided for minor packaging damage that does not affect the
product's quality or usage.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:
• Contact us at contact@blungreen.in or WhatsApp us at 8897782299 / 7416664611
with:
o Order ID
o Reason for refund
o Photo/video proof (if applicable)
Once your request is received and inspected:
• We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business
days.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to
your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they have not been
processed or shipped.
• Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
To cancel an order, email us immediately at contact@blungreen.in with your Order ID and
Cancellation Request.

5. Shipping Charges

• In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, we will bear the return shipping
charges.
• If the return is due to reasons other than a mistake on our part (e.g., customer changed
their mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Important Note

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if:
• The product has been used or tampered with.
• The request is made beyond the 7-day return window.
• Sufficient proof is not provided.
